It's a paycheque. I've never been paid late.

Inconvénients

No work life balance. At the end of every month, sales management pushes the sales team to bring in deals in a mad panic, even it means being dishonest and unethical to get the deals done. They'll say all the right things, then push you to work 12-14 hour days and lie to customers to get deals in early. The ethics in ADP sales are suspect at best. You can succeed if you have no morals. Pay is less than at any other tech company, and god forbid you have a good year. Your quota will increase by 50-100% the next year. I'm not even kidding. Look at turnover rates for sales people at ADP, and you'll see a pattern.
