Avantages

Continual company and personal growth, industry leader, very good benefits, very competitive compensation, corporate-based "family first" attitude, good recognition from managers and supervisors, flexible hours and work locations, excellent respect and recognition from colleagues and management at all levels

Inconvénients

Internal communication about policy and processes could be better uniformed and distributed. Inconsistent procedures eventually achieving the same goals nationally slow responsiveness and performance to customers. Instead of FULLY researching/planning and implementing the great internal set of business tools we already have, ADP tends to apply "band-aided" solutions by buying/rolling out more NEW tools. This over complicates even the simplest of processes and reduces effectiveness.

Inconvénients
