      Large company with overall good structure and culture for innovation. Ability to move around within the company easily, and become involved with a myriad of technologies.

      Inconvénients

      If you're not located at corporate headquarters advancement can be slow.

      Avantages

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
