      Inconvénients

      The annual incentive plan is poorly correlated to employee impact. Management generally appears to have a superiority complex than does lend itself to properly informed decisions.

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
