      Very diversified - many opportunities for career growth. Very ethical company. 3M is a great steward for the Twin Cities community.

      Inconvénients

      Very political. Very risk adverse - slow moving in making business decisions. Top down management - not enough employee empowerment.

      Avantages

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
