      Avantages

      3M is involved in a wide variety of technology platforms, which means a scientist or engineer can work in different fields throughout his/her career. It also means that it is possible to transfer between divisions when you need a change!

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, the promotions/rewards system currently in place do not encourage long term high-risk research as much as short term, low-risk projects.

      Avantages

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
