      Avantages

      If you are working as a full-timer, it might not be a bad place to work in terms of job security.

      Inconvénients

      I haven't seen much of challenge in terms of professional development. There is lots of political bickering going on too.

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
