      3M is a very large company and can sometimes make it harder to be noticed and recognized for your efforts by upper level management. However, strong effort is made to recognize those who contribute greatly.

      Avantages

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
