      Excellent compensation, and benefits, plenty of opportunity for those who wish to chase it across various locations

      Inconvénients

      No work life balance, i am all for being safe while working but they take a cult like approach to it. You are always guilty util you can prove your innocence with a safety issue

      Shell sold most of their downstream facilities and their employees got stuck with the new owners
