      Really great culture. Really great people. Definitely a company for people who are looking to stay in a company for the rest of their lives.

      Inconvénients

      Progression is relatively slow because of the laid-back nature of the organization. If you're not looking to settle in a company, then this place is not for you.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
