      Avantages

      Excellent place to start your work life. Can get good exposure to excellent projects. A lot of attention to women's talent. Top management is sharp.

      Inconvénients

      Red tape - can be daunting at times. Middle management is average. Though tries to be innovative, there is hardly any.
