      Avantages

      Great company, good benefits, and employees are very collaborative. Managers provide strong support to all staff, and opinion is valued.

      Inconvénients

      The company can be too big, with a lot of process steps and "red tape" to deal with when delivering projects. Though this is getting better all the time.
