      Best place for people who are not willing to work by joining existing non working community.

      Inconvénients

      Only cons..No proper Salary structure followed e.g. 15+ yrs exp Architect payed less than 5yrs experience Tester, Business analyst,.. If you are technical person, you will start losing your skills in 1or 2 years.. ever community hire resources based on their own community, so many Junk people are hired.
