      1. Good pay and Can manage work-life balance in most roles ( but obv need to work harder for faster growth) 2. Ample different opportunities if one wants to explore 3. Good values but could differ across ine of bussinesses

      1. Slow decision making and long processes 2. Less freedom to experiment 3. Risk averse
