      Avantages

      We had the same customer base on a daily basis. We were locally owned so it helped our community.

      Inconvénients

      When working as a cashier there is always the chance of robbery. You have to be careful. The night shift is always the scariest.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
