Avantages
- People and culture are probably the best assets of Shell. - I can work with virtually anyone in the world yet feel comfortable in my own skin. - Overall Shell is well led, I am proud of our EC and our CEO. - I get paid well and benefits are competitive.
Inconvénients
- There is still friction between working in-country and virtually in the SBOs (shared service center). - There is always a reorg happening somewhere in the different parts of the organization. - Remuneration is significantly different between Shell companies.
