When compared to experiences I hear from others regarding their managers and coworkers, I find Shell to be a superior place to work, and people are generally treated with respect and in a professional manner.
Inconvénients
Although thinking outside the box is encouraged, there are so many global policies and requirements for standardization that implementing change is often a difficult and slow process. Some people become frustrated and prefer to work for a smaller company with less bureaucracy.
