Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Great career opportunities and pay/benefit packages (especially the longer you stay). The culture differs slightly in different businesses but is overall favorable. I truly respect the company's values (Honesty, Integrity, Respect for People) and have found very few times in my career where these values are not followed.
Inconvénients
Slow decision-making and consensus culture. Has changed somewhat during my tenure but still needs improvement. Work quite a few hours but have flexibility to manage home life.
