      Strong emphasis on safety in all parts of the organization. There is also transparency for any decisions impacting employees, and it is great to take advantage of Friday's off.

      Inconvénients

      There is a strong emphasis on consensus and it takes an act of congress to get anything done which can create a lack of accountability.
