      Shell has a very competitive benefits (salary, health insurance and vacation) in the oil and gas industry. They also have a culture of work life balance, Open communication culture, and they are especially passionate about the health of their employees.

      Inconvénients

      The negative side of working for Shell is that success ladder is very difficult to come by because lower lever supervisors do not train their employees due to job security
