Avantages
I started working at Informatica as an intern via campus placements. The following are the Pros which I observed. -> Awesome work culture with a wonderful workplace and healthy work environment -> Employee friendly -> Opportunity to gain knowledge and enhance our career growth -> Good work-life balance -> Employee benefits -> Entry-mid level management is good -> FTO - 25 days and 10 public holidays.
Inconvénients
-> Company transport is expensive -> Not easy to switch teams or organisation unit -> Slow career growth for moving from one position to another -> Work may become monotonous -> Non-veg food available only on Fridays -> LOA is not allowed to take until FTO's are completed and allowed only if it is critical -> Education assistance for employee as in higher education means only via coursera -> Requires 10 year or so to work in it's US location.
