Avantages
Good pay at market rate, work life balance. Systematic reporting tools, good report planning. Will not just focus on english presentation but rather on the material (meat) of the reports.
Inconvénients
Staff relationship not good, no staff gathering, very separate but yet no gossiping (which is good) One bad thing is the corporate title is a lot higher than the title in your reference letter (reference check), such as a Senior Finance Manager title used everyday but when you left, they reported you as a Senior Financial Analyst. So your current employer may think you lied about your title in the resume.
