      Avantages

      Site has great benefits, Was able to start with 5 weeks of combined PTO/Sick Days. Good flexible schedule.

      Inconvénients

      Not sure where the company is going. Had to see an entire department released of duty without warning during a restructuring. Leadership is poor in communicating and corporate is structured in silos.

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Inconvénients

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
