      Good benefits and allowances. HR strives for employee experience such as free snacks and fruits daily, special occasion gifts, etc. Opportunity for frequent business travel to client site. Challenging environment but with good managers and leads.

      Inconvénients

      Little to no growth as you will be stuck with same technology for their software. No onshore opportunity offered for Filipinos. All opportunities offered to expats.

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
