Folks from our Wilmington headquarters participated in the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day parade in downtown Wilmington this week! The parade was a great way for employees to spend a fun day off work and reflect on the legacy of the great civil rights leader.

Two of our affinity groups, Mi Gente and Veterans Network, teamed up to host “En La Mesa: Stories of Veterans and Their Relatives with nCino Latinx Employees!” Employees gathered in the Bitty and Beau’s Café to enjoy authentic pupusas, and then participated in a panel discussion where our Latinx veterans and military-affiliated employees discussed their experiences in the U.S. military.
Last week, ILM-based teams participated in the local Salvation Army's Toys for Tots program in preparation for the holidays! Teams had a ball assembling and delivering children's Christmas wish list items so that local children in need could wake up to Christmas magic on Sunday morning!
Last week, our ILM employees assembled 20 bikes for the Salvation Army! These bikes will be distributed to local children during the holiday season. Our employees enjoyed time spent together while volunteering for this great cause!

Today, nCino employees near and far are coming together to watch the FIFA World Cup! Our Wilmington office had a watch party on the new Stairatorium in nCino 2, while our Salt Lake City office gathered for lunch to watch the game. What a great way to Have Fun and Live The Six!

Our APAC team enjoyed a Big Blue Table lunch in cooperation with Beyond Blue, an Australian organization that provides information and support for mental health. The team spent time talking about the resources and strategies they can take advantage of to support their mental health so they can bring their A-game in their personal and professional lives.
