What a success! Our eB/L webinar, which took place in China last month, attracted over 700 ZIM customers. This demonstrates, once again, our customers' growing interest in our digital services and the exponential rise in service usage. We held an informative Q&A session during which we addressed any areas of interest or concern about this digital innovation, and we were especially pleased to hear from current Chinese customers who conveyed their satisfaction and sense of efficiency using eB/L. Our donation was directed to the purchase of iPads for all supported individuals, or what they see as a "lifeline", allowing them to participate in different programs, visit their loved ones virtually, improve cognitive and literacy skills, as well as many more opportunities that weren't possible beforehand. We're grateful to have made such a difference in their lives 🙏

Nut a problem 🌰 When supermarket chain My Market recently approached ZIM for immediate assistance in importing their exclusive premium chestnuts from China, we were up for any challenge, even when no one could offer space during China's critical “golden week”.
