Our ZIMmers are used to going the extra mile 🏃 We believe in promoting health in the workplace, and we prioritize our employees' well-being by encouraging physical activity and healthy eating habits, as well as providing resources for a work-life balance. ZIM Israel recently participated in a marathon, and their determination and dedication radiated through the track, making it hard to miss the Z-Factor in action 💨 May we continue running towards mutual goals, together.
A legacy that lives on 🙏 'The Good Navigation – Roberto's Friends in Action' is an initiative the ZIM Santos team in Brazil began back in 2016, following the passing of Roberto, a dear friend and colleague. Since then they have planned an annual donation event in which ZIM employees and partners may make contributions to organizations that support disabled children, bedridden seniors, and underprivileged communities. After cleaning out his office and finding donation receipts, it was clear to them those would be their next steps. This year's event produced large donations of food baskets, sports equipment, personal care items, and nutritional supplements for two charities, following Roberto's footsteps. Our hearts are warmed by this initiative and are overflowing with pride, as this is the epitome of the togetherness ingrained in ZIM DNA.
Going back to the 90'z 🎭 ZIM's corporate headquarters & ZIM Israel recently celebrated the Purim holiday with a 90's themed party, which included a costume contest, fun activities, traditional treats, and, of course, nostalgic tunes that kept everyone on the dance floor. For a night of throwback fun, our ZIMmers broke out their scrunchies, acid wash jeans, and neon windbreakers, and it was a great pleasure to see everyone's creativity on display as we embraced our value of togetherness during this vibrant holiday.
