The visit included on-the-job training, encounters with the vessel's crew and port partners, and, of course, a chance to unwind and enjoy each other's company while capturing every moment 📸 "Being able to learn about different daily operations on board and observe a shipment's entire journey makes my job even more meaningful and connects me to our industry on a whole new level," shared Felipe Souza, ZIM Brazil HR Manager. Another day, another success! Our special cargo teams around the world never cease to amaze us with their proficiency, and their most recent project filled us with pride. Our experts in Istanbul, Turkey, went above and beyond to ensure that DHL Express Türkiye's large and heavy electrical installation transformers arrived securely to Haifa, Israel, regardless of weather conditions. Soaring above expectations! Our recent event, which was appropriately located on the highest building in Santiago, Chile, provided an excellent opportunity to present our colorful bird, the Colibri, and connect with valued customers from various segments. Between drinks and appetizers, our team presented ZIM's wide range of services to customers who expressed great interest, curiosity, and the need for a reliable and customer-focused partner.
