DJ moved to the United States from Ethiopia more than 36 years ago. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology. However, DJ chose to pursue a career in trucking to enjoy the open road. With over 20 years of driving experience, DJ has dedicated 12 years to Quality Carriers, having spent four years as a company driver and eight years as an Independent Contractor. He currently operates as a regional driver for Terminal 163 in Stockton,CA, hauling loads across California, Oregon, and Nevada. It is remarkable how one’s career path can evolve in unexpected and fulfilling ways.

Herbert Holloway III, a dedicated professional in the trucking industry commenced his career in 2009 following the completion of high school education. After twelve years of service with a company, Herbert transitioned to an owner operator role running out of the Port of Baltimore in 2021. Recognizing the volatility of the intermodal business, he conducted thorough research to identify a more stable opportunity.
