Indian Hills Community College (IHCC) celebrated the grand opening of their new Education Center on the Centerville campus. This project is a significant leap forward in providing top-notch educational and job training opportunities. We're proud to share that the Pella Rolscreen Foundation awarded a generous grant to support this initiative. Why is this important? 🤔 1️⃣ IHCC is a vital source of skilled talent for Pella, with ~25% of our recent hires in tech trades being IHCC grads. 2️⃣ Our successful internship-to-full-time conversions highlight the strength of this partnership. 3️⃣ The new facility will replace outdated modular buildings and will be equipped with modern classrooms, labs, and more. 4️⃣ The expansion will help meet the growing student enrollment and bolster programs in Construction Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Commercial Truck Driving, and more.
