Our 2026 interns kicked off their summer experience by giving back to the communities we call home, partnering with the Care Bags Foundation and Lake Red Rock Playscape on projects that support local youth and families. Pella also presented $2,000 grants to each organization to further their impact. From day one, our interns are learning that making a difference goes beyond the work we do each day. Connecting classrooms to careers. Recently, educators in Marion County, Florida participated in the Ocala CEP's Classroom to Careers immersion program, gaining firsthand exposure to the industries and career opportunities available right in their community. As part of the experience, participants toured Pella and other local employers to better understand the skills, pathways and opportunities available to students after graduation.
