Last week, interns and co-ops in the PVH Early Talent Program learned about the creative side of fashion from senior leaders on the Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Dress Furnishings design teams during a special “Leaders as Teachers” panel discussion with Brian Mims, Executive Vice President and Creative Director, Leonello Borghi, Executive Vice President and Global Creative Director and Joosje van Roode, Vice President of Licensing Concept Design, Operations, and Non-Apparel. The panelists provided valuable advice based on their career journeys, discussed the inner workings of the design process, and even hosted an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Calvin Klein prototypes for handbags and accessories .
