As 2025 approaches, Life Time released results from its annual health and wellness survey. More than 1,350 people participated, shedding light on 2025 goal-setting and wellness trends for the New Year. This gives us a glimpse into the community we foster in our clubs, both team members and members. A high percentage (74.7%) plan to prioritize their health in 2025, compared to 62.4% of respondents who focused more on their health in 2024. It’s a great time to be a certified fitness pro at Life Time! 💪📚 Today, we announced the expansion of our long-standing association with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to support the rapid growth in personal training and group coaching. Through this collaboration, Life Time Personal Trainers will have complimentary access to the NASM ClubConnect platform, which includes continued education courses, reduced rates for certifications and exclusive access to workshops.
