      Last Friday our team came together for our Holiday Party to celebrate a strong year and spend time with the people who make Level5 what it is. This annual event is always a highlight, and we were genuinely impressed by the caliber of the night’s moments. From a standout welcome speech to karaoke performances that keep getting better each year, the energy in the room reflected the strength of our culture. And yes, for those wondering, David Kincaid’s kilt did in fact make an appearance again. We were also pleased to recognize our 2025 Employee of the Year, Peter Bowman. Peter’s thoughtfulness, collaboration, and consistent impact make him incredibly deserving of this recognition. We are grateful for this team and proud of what we accomplished together this year. Closing out 2025 has us excited for what’s ahead in 2026.
