H2M’s Parsippany and Westchester offices came together in a heartwarming display of generosity and holiday spirit to support multiple organizations’ toy drive initiatives! Our Westchester office collected toys that were donated to the Rye, NY Police Department in support of Toys for Tots and our Parsippany office collected and delivered nearly $1,000 worth of toys for Goryeb Children’s Hospital at Morristown Medical Center, helping to make the season brighter for children in the community. Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make our toy drive a success this holiday season!

Thanks to the generosity and teamwork of H2M’s Young Professionals ERG and everyone who donated, our Holiday Toy Drive was a huge success, supporting the Tri Community and Youth Agency (Tri CYA)! Every toy collected will help brighten the holidays and support the growth of youth and families in Huntington, South Huntington, and Cold Spring Harbor. We’re proud to stand with Tri CYA and we are grateful for our staff’s ongoing commitment to making a real difference!
The “H2M Touchdown Tally” is a celebration of every Stony Brook University Seawolves touchdown. For each touchdown scored throughout the season, H2M donates $100 to the Stony Brook Seawolves, directly fueling support services for student-athletes! This year’s tally was an impressive $4,300! Our commitment to Stony Brook University goes beyond the classroom. We are proud to play a part in elevating the student-athlete experience and cheering on the Seawolves as they reach new heights!
Giving Tuesday reminds us that small acts of generosity can create meaningful change in the lives of others. Whether it be monetary donations, volunteer work, or everyday acts of kindness, all are equally important. This year, H2M’s Young Professionals ERG proudly organized the Trimmings Collection Drive in support of Island Harvest, gathering holiday essentials like stuffing, gravy, canned vegetables, mashed potato mix, cranberry sauce, and more. The Young Professionals ERG also provided monetary donations to Island Harvest. Last week, they happily presented a check to support their mission. Thanks to our incredible H2Mers, families across Long Island will have a little extra warmth at their tables this season. While our Turkey Drive and Trimmings Collection initiatives have officially wrapped up this year at H2M, there is always room to give back. We are incredibly grateful for our dedicated partners, clients, and staff who joined together to make an extraordinary impact in the lives of others this holiday season. This year, we were proud to host turkey and trimmings collections at each of our offices, all benefiting local charities. Your generosity and teamwork truly made a difference in 2025! • Parsippany: Donated over 394 lbs. of turkeys to the Interfaith Food Pantry Network. • Westchester: Contributed 73 lbs. of food to Feeding Westchester. • Boca Raton: Provided canned goods to the ASCE Florida Section Fall Food Drive. • Windsor: Donated 4 turkeys and 120 lbs. of food items to the Windsor Food and Fuel Bank. • Suffern: Collected items for the People To People Food Pantry. • NYC: Supported Holy Apostles Church Soup Kitchen & Pantry with an assortment of collections. • Troy: Collected 48 turkeys and partnered with First Columbia to donate dry goods to Unity House of Troy. • Wall: Donated 11 chickens, 8 turkeys, and a large amount of nonperishable food to St. Barnabas Church in Bayville, NJ. • Melville: Donated 720 turkeys and chickens and raised $11,000 for Island Harvest Food Bank in collaboration with Spin City Massapequa, Fairfield Properties, Girl Scout Troop # 1328, David Smotrich & Partners LLP, Branch Services, M/E Engineering, and A Salas O’Brien Company. The Young Professionals ERG also collected trimmings and donated $1,000 to support Island Harvest’s mission.
Our Diversity & Inclusion ERG hosted its third annual Melting Potluck, and it was a fantastic celebration of connection and culture! At H2M, we’ve nurtured a tradition of bringing our team together through food, transforming what started as a casual exchange of holiday dishes into this cherished event that highlights our shared values of inclusion and community.
