Congratulations to Cooper Standard’s Foluke Houston-Gaddis, senior manager, global talent acquisition, was recently named to AutoSuccess’ third-annual class of Women at the Wheel honorees recognizing women in the automotive industry who are game changers in their field. At Cooper Standard, we are creating Fluid Handling systems with more robust designs and increased performance through integration of digital tools and advanced analytics. Traditional processes for fluid handling systems validation typically involve extensive and costly physical testing before being approved for use in automotive applications. This advanced analysis is allowing us to test functionality of systems without parts or test equipment. Engineers can run tests with different variables before finalizing a product design, including temperatures, pressures and flow rates.
Our Wuhu and Qingpu locations celebrated the Dragon Boat Festival with games, colorful decorations, traditional festival foods, dancing and comradery with colleagues. Employees competed and cheered for each other in a traditional Dragon Boat Race, where teams had to work together to cross the finish line. With this approach, everyone wins! 🎉
