The state conducts these unannounced surveys annually to evaluate procedures, operations, processes and more. For the seventh straight year, Benchmark has won the Granger Cobb Cup for the most contributors to the 2024 Argentum Silver PAC! Benchmark associates helped raise nearly $18K for the Silver PAC, which supports elected officials who understand senior living and push for policies that will enhance the lives of our residents. We are thrilled to announce Will Hodgson’s promotion to Senior Asset Management Specialist on Benchmark’s Asset Management Team! Will began his career at Benchmark as an intern six years ago before being hired as a full-time Financial Analyst and in later years promoted into the role of Asset Management Specialist. In his new Senior Specialist role, he will manage capital improvement requests, capital budgeting, and reporting. He will also play a major role in supporting TELS, our asset management platform.
