It was my favourite interview process to date. I have some experience with interviewing others and this experience was so positive that I changed some of my approach in my own interviews afterwards. The whole process took around 2-3 weeks during which I had an opportunity to meet 10 or so different employees. The whole time I felt that I was being given a chance to interview them too and that it was a two-way process. The interviewers were friendly and very easy to talk to. The questions were sound and the flow made sense, starting with a cultural fit interview and ending with a technical one.
