Started with a phone screening which took two weeks to plan. Then a cognitive test. Followed by 5 interviews starting with Director Level, to Senior PM's & Engineers, to CPO, to VP of Product. Overall everyone was very down to earth, we connected well and had great conversations. Seems like a perfect culture fit and agile team.
