The interview process was the most engaged process on the part of the prospective employer that I have ever encountered. I was mutually respectful experience and the recruitment team provided updates throughout the process. Interviews were very conversational in order to not only understand my capability but also my point of view on how to execute and to consider all stakeholders in creating solutions and developing programs.
