I interviewed in March 2017 and the process lasted a couple weeks which consisted of a phone screen and two in person interviews on site. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming and the facility is state of the art. Questions were geared more towards personal goals and traits rather than experience as they set out to develop new talent. This was very different than other interviews and good to hear a company wants to invest in you as a person. Would recommend to anyone.

The interview process consisted of a general phone interview with a member from the HR team, and 2 in person interviews with the hiring manager and other key members of surrounding teams. They also may require your professional references to fill a form.
