The in person interview was more like a conversation, and the interviewer seemed like they were trying to gauge the cultural fit, to see if the employee would work well with the current employees

3 interviews, one with a manager, second with a director, third with a partner. Manager and Director asked the same questions about what my previous experience and education was, presented the business model of the company and that's about it, no tech review. Partner barely asked any questions, just shoved a proposal in front of me.
