Interview Process had 4 stages and final stage I had a “Success” presentation. Overall process friendly and professional. First, I had a phone call with HR about 30min and face-to-face interview with the manager. Next stage, I had a presentation to the team onsite. The presentation 40min and QA carried over another 30 min which is great! Because it translates that topic had a lot to ask and interviewees interested in. After this stage I had face-to-face interview with GM which was more likely about company culture and overall feedback etc.

Interviewing with Emarsys has probably been one of the best experiences I have had. Thorough and great chance to ask questions to senior leadership. The process will normally include an initial call with the Talent Acquisition Partner, A first interview with the Client Success Team Lead, A second interview with the Client Success Team Lead and Managing Director where you have to prepare a short presentation and the final interview is with the People Business Partner. The team was very friendly and supportive throughout the entire interview process. Everyone was extremely easy to talk to and insightful. I was kept well informed of the process and feedback was provided after each interview. I'd say 98% of recruiters don't bother giving feedback, but for candidates is important to know what they need to improve for the future, it shows the professionalism and importance of the recruitment process for the organisation and it gives value to the image of the company.
