Got contacted by Recruiter for a Program Manager contract opening with one of their customers and successfully passed the HR screening call, the person was very polite and attentive, and explained that was there to help me navigate the hiring process, then we moved to schedule a call with 3 internal eClerx employees to assess compatibility with the customer was a good fit, Therefore I got a Teams invite from the recruiter for 2 days later, all good until there, on the day of the interview I got into the call and waited 15 minutes for any of the 3 people to join but nothing, at the 10 minutes mark I replied to the invite email with all the eClerx people to ask if they needed more time to join or if we needed to reschedule, no answer. I messaged the recruiter to let her know and she apologized on behalf of the others and rescheduled the call for couple of days later, long story short, exactly same thing happened, No SHOW from anyone at eClex. I contacted the recruiter again, apologized again on behalf of eClex and asked if I was still interested in the position, I said I would but I wold need a firm confirmation from interviewers that they will be there next time. I never heard back from recruiter again. Very unprofessional from eClerx employees, no apology note for now showing up
