Then had an office visit.
HR asked basic questions related to HTML XML . Checked my interest level.
Interview with manager lasted for around 40 minutes. He asked few. Behavioral questions. Gave me a background about the company and tried to find if I was a mutual fit

Interviewer was potentially the person I would report into. They simply read off of a document and seemed to be more interested in finishing the script rather than asking job related questions. Some questions were not related to job function and didn't follow any particular order. However, when I spoke to someone more senior, the conversation was more productive. It's unfortunate that the interviewer more senior was not someone I would report into.

Most of domain questions & some of brain storming question.over all diffucult.It took two months them to discuss salary after the selection and after the salary discussion done and acknowledged HR calls and offer the salary which is lesser than the current salary.during the call HR says that just because you were in the premises that's why we took your interview otherwise we had no openings that time.how can a HR speak in this way.I mean you all called that's why I was there for the interview.HR is very rude and unprofessional.

The interview was on campus, we had a group discussion where a major chunk of the candidates were eliminated, the rest had to go through with the interview. The interview questions were two pronged - 1.) in depth questions about resume and any past work experience and projects 2.) team work and team management skills

It was an on campus interview process
it was a typical 3 round process
First Group discussion. once I cleared it, followed an interview which lasted for about 30 minutes
Being a fresher, questions were mostly based on the internship and other were based on the taken courses and concepts and few marketing questions. it also involved pseudo situation handling questions
After clearing this round of interview followed another interview with higher principal manager
This interview lasted for about an hour. questions included what if situations and tell us a time where your leadership skills are seen.

Essential Skills: Project Management techniques [MS Project, Resource Scheduling, Gantt Chart, PERT etc]
Intermediate MS Office
Excellent MS Excel
Excellent communication skills is mandatory (Written/ oral)
Experience on project managing a web-based development project and / or a complete cycle of SDLC projects using java technologies Should be familiar with one of the software deployment life cycle, XML and HTML concepts Have been overseeing a project having more than 4 team members

Instead was asked Java and C++ questions...then what is the point of sharing the JD?
