First round was telephonic as it was for quality profile, they asked questions related with six sigma, fmea etc. second interview was face to face, there again questions related with six sigma, my job and puzzles to see my logical and analytical abilities. Last round was Management where i had to talk with the senior manager there also i was asked my job, my work and other questions pertaining to the job.

Overall average hiring process...they ask questions not even related to process and judge you based on that. Hiring manager needs to gain interview experience first as not at all professional managers
