In total i had three rounds. All three were telephonic. The initial round was pretty easy. All questions were based on the skill mentioned in my resume. The second telephonic round was easy too. Questions varied from my technical expertise to the management skills. The interviewer had a complete idea of how o judge candidates for this role.

Overall average hiring process...they ask questions not even related to process and judge you based on that. Hiring manager needs to gain interview experience first as not at all professional managers
