Entretien
Met with them through university opportunity. Extremely energetic and friendly recruiters. I was emailed to schedule a phone interview. I had a 30 min phone interview a few days later. A week later, they called me to put in their offer and told me about all the benefits and perks of joining their team. An offer letter and employment package was sent to my email. The overall experience and process was pretty exciting and fun.
I was contacted by the recruiter directly, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. A couple days after the initial phone conversation, the recruiter contacted me for an in-person interview. On the day of the interview, there was a panel of managers/designers reviewing my portfolio (about an hour of presentation) then I had about 2-3 rounds of 1:1 interviews with the rest of the team. It was a very pleasant experience and everyone there is knowledgeable and passionate about their product. I didn't accept the offer because my current manager gave me an counter offer and willing to address my fundamental reason to leave.
