The recruiter set up a phone screening, but didn't call me. After 10 mins of waiting, I sent her an email and she said she marked her calendar wrongly. So she postponed the interview to the next day. The next day, she called me, and her first question was if I need sponsorship from the company to work in Ireland. When I said yes, she simply said eBay doesn't do sponsorship. This is fine, but the way she said it doesn't sit well with me ("There are many Europeans that don't need a sponsorship and are looking for a job.") Also, she could've mentioned this in the email the day before, instead of wasting both of our times.
