I was disappointed with Ebay's unprofessional interview process. The interviewers were rude and hardly listened through out the conversation. I had 2 virtual interviews - both interviewers were distracted and disrespectful of my time. One of the interviewers turned off video mid interview/muted while I was answering, and wasn't there for a few mins. I knew this because he asked me follow up questions on exactly what I had explained in detail when he went away. The other interviewer hardly listened to what I was saying, interrupted me in my every sentence to tell me how great his knowledge of something was. I do not truly understand the need to be rude in an interview; and dismiss everything a candidate has to say. I found the interview process to be a complete waste of my time and reflective of Ebay's and this team's culture.
